Hey y'all I've been doing really good for a month but last Friday I went to my first concert without my boyfriend we broke up 3 months ago and I've been really down yesterday and today.. I feel like I'm going back down into a slump that I just got out of! I worked too hard to not go back into a slump!!

I don't think we have a say in wether we go down hill or not babes wen depression anxiety rears its ugly self but we got thru it once we can do it again just getting there isn't it xx
