Holistic?

Has anyone tried a holistic psychiatrist compared to a "regular" one? I have an appointment in a few weeks and am unsure of what exactly it is or what to expect.

Yes here there are. I dont even know what Holistic is to be honest. I just know they take my insurance and dont have a three month wait period. Im hoping it helps to be honest!
