Last night I was laying down and then I got up then I looked to my right a little bit but my eye's weren't fully open but they were still open to see the. All of the sudden I sent this white flash covered my sight for Mila seconds then when I looked at the mirror I seen a light like a star behind my shoulders like it wasn't on me but behind me as fast as it came it went only was there 1 second...lol was I visited or is this just anxiety because yesterday I was frustrated with God and Angel's and I lost hope yesterday.
