Anxious..

Hi everyone ! I am a 24 year old female who just quit smoking weed a month ago after 10 years of smoking nearly every day. I've been feeling very anxious and have little panic attacks thinking crazy things like I have a brain tumor from tiny headaches I may have.. I honestly feel sometimes as if I'm going crazy. I don't feel interested in smoking again because I am a mother of 2 and don't feel the need to return to doing that anymore. I just want to feel normal again.

It's probably you just quitting smoking and since weed helps to relax, you could just feel anxious after going cold turkey. And trust me we've all felt like we're going crazy but you're not, its just you're anxiety putting thoughts in your head, I hope and pray you get better and good for you for quitting 😊

Thank you !! Anxiety is the worst ! It's gotten worse since becoming a mother. I think just worrying about little lives and not just mine is overwhelming but a blessing at the same time. I went to an ENT today who said I had tinnitus, deviated septum & post nasal drip. I honestly feel so much better. Thank you so much again for your kind words 😊
