Disconnected and light headed

I have this disconnected feeling and feel a little light headed. Anyone else have this issue? I have this like all day all the time ...

Hi natejohnson,   I have this issue as well on and off for a long time.  It's actually how my anxiety started.  I've learned to live with it over the years but more recently have accepted that deep breathing does relieve that feeling.  Hope you have a better day ahead.

I too am suffering from this! Some days it worse than others but have it everyday😩

Yes all day every day. It does go but only when I don't think about it so when it does go I haven't actually realised its gone it's when I think about it again I realise and then it's back !!!! Felt like that for ages now
