Breathing disaster HELP

Does anyone get anxiety with their breathing .. even if i go out a walk to help it i concentrate so much on it that I nearly pass out ... or walkin round the house .. I went off meds a month ago n maybe I shudnt of 😂 d

That Happens alooot to me. Its like once i concentrate on it too much whether its my heart beating fast or my breathing i feel like ill pass out. Haha maybe you should of stayed on your meds a little longer or untill further notice from the Doc.

😂 aye I'm goin back on them again your hangovers be brutal on them tho 😂... I was doin really well so the Dr told me i cud go off them ... do you get the breathing in the house aswell just walkin around lol

Aww thank god there's some one like me anxiety periods r awful x
