Hi I just want to reassure you that you are not alone in feeling this way, I feel exactly the same. I always say to my wonderful community mental health nurse that I'm afraid to live and also afraid to die. She tells me that many people say exactly the same thing. Do you have anyone that you can talk to about how you are feeling? I'm sending you lots of strength and courage, we are all here to help you, thinking of you.

I to feel the same! So glad I'm not alone yet so sad so many of us feel this way. I just battle on with life but boy it's so hard isn't it!!!! I hope things improve for you and things change for us all. Xxxx
