Bad memory!

I've noticed since my battle with gad began,my memory is pretty shocking.ive can recall past events from 20 odd years back but sometimes I can't remember what I done last week,I'm only 41 but it's scary how I forget.has any other anxiety sufferers found this is another side to it?x

I can be exactly the same , it could be anxiety but then I think we tend to over think things as I have friends without anxiety that can relate to this one to

I just get through quiet a few note pads making myself notes and I do often laugh at myself as well when I forget but yes I do relate to this one and sometimes I am glad I do forget things that way they cannot play on my mind and cause anxiety to creep in so I suppose as long as it is not important we can turn this into a positive

Oh it gets a bit upsetting. Completely forgot for at least a hot minute what the last digits of my own cell number were while punching in my membership at world market. But it was all due to not only fighting a mild panicKY feeling which was brought on by a very persistent migraine, but also trying to control it all while I'm out shopping with my bf. It's ridiculous how these things can screw up a day out, well for me anyway my bf was oblivious.
