Because i missed my medication pick up due to good Friday i have to snort what I have to last till Tuesday i am so worried because my depression and anxiety levels will goo through the roof and I have my son to think of and must try and stay strong for him. Yesterday when I found out the chemist is closed for 4 days I freaked. I was a basket case I was trembling from head to foot. I have luckily an x who is in the illegal drug world and pulled a few favours. I noticed lately i hate going out kin the day. I think I've been bitten by a vamp because i now wait till dark to go shopping or run around for my boy. I think being dehydrated alot is now playing with my Mental health. O well folks hope you all are controling your Anxiety levels better than I. Keep safe and try and relax and keep busy.
