Randomnly start feeling like I'm going to die

Sometimes I just feel like I'm going to stop breathing or something. I could be out and doing anything and it happens. It also happens when I'm studying or in class. It happens often and its pretty distressing. What causes this?

I get the same way! I feel like I will stop breathing and my arms and legs feel numb like I can't move them. Then I feel like that until I have to snap myself out of it. It's horrible. I could be feeling great one second, then that happens, and I feel like crap and need to run home. :(

Me too 😭

I woke up really scared that i was going to die and my heart started racing. Just the thoughts of deathbkept crossing my mind and it was so. Frightening.

Don't really no what causes it but it's conman with anxiety, I get this all the time, I sit and cry about it as I believe somethings really wrong. Try and relax and tell yourself it's just the anxiety. Do some nice things for yourself and distract yourself X X
