Does anyone think constantly they can't be happy and keeps thinking what if there's something wrong with me and I die ??

Hey Zobro, Im sorry things are feeling difficult for you at the moment. You sound as though you are feeling deeply unhappy but also wonder whether there's something wrong.

Im wondering whether there's ever anything, even something tiny such as the sun trying to shine today, or a good tune on a radio, or just knowing that a forum like this exists where people can express themselves and find support. Even if the consolation is small, maybe it's possible to notice it and celebrate it, then look to see if there are any others. Balancing up - yes there are bad things and yes there are good things too - is helpful.
