And I had a really bad spell for two days and I lost a couple of pounds from not eating and the last few days I have eaten but still not put the weight back on. Feel stressed that I have cancer or something. Help me guys 😓😂
Im exactly same as you i think i have cancer hiv ms everything just have to keep telling ourselfs its anxiety cause believe it or not it is you wouldnt be on this site if it wasnt and something would of happened by now if your aware of something wrong, just your minds playing games i know how hard it is i deal with it every single day just wish i would believe myself anf just accept its anxiety but i cant but we will get over it eventually
