Heat in the back of the head

Hi guys I hope all you lot are well,

A problem Iv been having for a few weeks now me that is I keep having heat from the back right side of my head , like its hot, when I touch that area it doesn't feel hot, it's more like internal heat, it's so annoying and worrying and it's been constant for like few weeks now , Iv googled online and mostly there saying its anxiety related , Iv had anxiety for decades but never had this problem , anyone else get this ???

Yes I do! It first started in my leg. It felt like it was on fire. I do get it in my head too. I only seem to get it when I'm stressed out and my anxietys at its worst!!
