I've been have excessive joint pain, mainly on my thigh area, which at times spreads to my lower back . My right wrist at times locks . I have thyroid issues which doesn't let me really loose any wieght , I'm always tired n sleepy,

I am sorry you are in so much pain it must take it out of you and add to feeling tired
