Hi. Sorry to hear about your distress. You can probably see yourself the link between your relationship difficulties and your emotional reaction to it. When you say you are feeling attacked I assume you mean being attacked by your anxiety condition. It might help if you could get yourself into a warm,safe place where you can relax and spend some time calming yourself through breath control and distraction techniques. What you dont want, is to get so wound up that you fall into a full blown panic attack. Try and focus on something positive or do something physical like reading, writing or some gentle exercise. I hope that you will be able to feel better soon.
