I'm having a total freak out right now...I listened to a hypnosis clip! It took me into a really deep sleep...I then woke up after having massive nightmares! This is scaring the absolute shit out of me...I don't know what it's done to me or if this is a "normal" thing to experience.

Sounds like you went into a deep sleep which can sometimes create nightmares but they will not harm you even though really frightening when they happen , I hope you have managed to put it behind you now
