Numb

So one side of my head gets the chills and my face feels numb. I am trying to convince myself it's anxiety, I feel fine otherwise, I don't smoke drink I am not over weight, but I am convinced I am having a stroke. Please help now my nose feels numb too.

I have the same fears and feelings. What I always do to remind me that I'm not having one is Smile. Make sure both sides of my mouth is going up. Move my tongue up and down and raise both my hands. That reminds me I'm not having a stroke. Hope it helps!

I'd say anxiety as I have had the same thing a few times. The chill feels odd coming from the top of your head down, and only on one side. Includes your face doesn't it? And you feel your face to see if you feel the touch and you do so it isn't really numb. I scratch my face and move my lips etc to see if it's numb or not but it isn't. I've had a lot of other symptoms of anxiety so I'm sure you're having the same. Hope this helps.
