Help!

All of a sudden im getting these sharp twinge pains in my temples. Its freaking me out and making me sweat from being scared. I also feel the twinge in my nose at the same time!!

Hello sounds like tension ive had all type of head pains with stress and anxiety.

I thought sinuses but I usually get pressure not sharp pains

I recently had the same thing. I freaked out, as I do with everything because of my anxiety, but come to find out it was my sinuses. Didn't even know I had sinus trouble but apparently sinuses can cause many different symptoms.
