Death is what scares me the most. I don't want to die at a young age and that's why I have all this depression and anxiety like I can't stop thinking about it

This is my main worry i feel for you cos its constantly on my mind. You need to go to doctors and tell them how your feeling. CBT is goid therapy. Meds are good but need therapy as well

And also always remember this, 85-90% of the things we worry about never even happen. Every time I have anxiety because of these morbid thoughts, I always think of that. I see articles on it all the time
