Just wondering if anyone here has epilepsy as well as anxiety and panic attacks I have tonic clonic (grand mal) siezures for about 5 years I've had about 10 or 12 since I started having them I haven't had one for about a month or two but I got sunburned today I was in the sun for about 4 to 5 hours and it's moderate sunburn not soo bad it blistered but pretty red I was wondering if this is going to cause a siezure or a panic attack jw so I can be ready and prepare myself thanks guys!!
