Dying feeling

I've never really spoken about my feelings as they scare me but I'm scared of my dying feeling, I could be sat watching take then all of a sudden I feel like I'm about to die that someone is going to kill me, I hate it and also I panic about dying I'm scared of this feeling and I don't know what to do I feel alone

Hello. You are certainly not alone here. I deal with the same situation as you. It is really stressful and when you do have your periods of calm, you think about when the next fear provoking perror will start again. Stay strong =)

Well, the fact that you're still here proves that those feelings are completely wrong, don't they!

That dying feeling could be indigestion, trapped wind, anxiety, depression, remembering a shopping list, forgetting a birthday but it definitely is not a feeling that you are dying because the proof in right there in the mirror - you're not dying you're very much alive.

Hi love I've been dyeing every day for 35 years. Don't ruin your life like I have for so long. Were all scared of dyeing, it's the what how and when that plays with our minds. Life is precious anxiety causes lots of symptoms that can be worrying. I've turned mine around now I'm not letting the thought ruin the rest of my life. Take care xx 😊 mandy
