Day after haveing a drink its 100times worse

All my symptoms are stronger and intense day after alcohol it scares me and my eyes go realy bad to I realy need help anyone any tips

I recommend you stop drinking alcohol, as it can make anxiety and such alot worse.

Just keep telling yourself it will pass and you won't feel like this for much longer, try go to bed early sleep does wonders for hang overs, also make sure you keep eating it does help, you take care if you need to talk I'm here x
