Guys, right now I have the flu and my derealization is so bad. I can barely focus and it's like I'm living a dream. I barely remember what I did seconds ago. I'm so scared I don't want to lose my memory. I don't want to forget the people I love. I'm terrified. Help! please

Hi there I have issues with DP/DR know that it can not damage your brain it is not dangerous at all but very scary and uncomfortable. Please read this article it really helped me the trick is not to be afraid of it. The flu may have brought it on for a few reasons, your sinuses are full, flu makes you groggy and tired and when you are sick your anxiety can get a little worse. Hope you feel better soon.
