So Last time i went to the doctor was 2 weeks ago cause i felt like i was dying and they just said i have a Anxiety disorder now im laying in bed and my heart started hurting and i started to panic and now i have shortness of breath Should i go to the hospital or just sleep

I hun I've just got up with the same thing just having a coffee had a bad night. Woke up with a jolt could feel my head I was numb come back now just trying to get my breathing right, try to relax and it'll pass I've had them 35years awefull illness anxiety has many symptoms
