Anxiety Physical Symptoms Sharp Chest Pain......

Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if the Physical pains that I'm feeling are being caused by anxiety or the medication itself .. Sharp chest pains,discomfort in the chest area, shortness of breath, back muscle pain, under my armpit pain, numbness in my left had and pain , at the beginning muscle twitches on my fingers and right thigh , headaches , dizZINESS , lightheaded can't stand up at times and stay home due to the level of lightheadedness I feel.... And other symptoms more like face and head cramps etc... Can someone pls help been to the ER many times not knowing it was anxiety got EKG'S done Echo and stress all for my heart came cleared .. But I didn't get this sharp pains at the time been having them for around a month now does anyone know what can be causing this I started Buspar on 6/24/2015 no symptoms at first the around 7/2 started getting the chest symptoms ... Also my lightheadedness ... Can someone pls help if they are going through the same symptoms as me ... I don't feel anxious when having this physical symptoms which is the weird part about it but I then grey a bit anxious cause I worried about the physical part of it....

Yea i have similar symptoms, it's hard to tell some can be the meds some from the anxiety mostly, society

What's meds are you on if you don't mind me asking and are they helping you ... I'm having shortness of breath coming and going for a few days now ...

It could be the meds and side effects or it could be your anxiety

It is positive that you have been checked out and everything physically is ok so if it were me I would speak to my Doctor and maybe see if you can change medication or tell them you want some answers as before you started the meds you did not feel like this
