I think sometimes before I fall asleep, I focus on my breathing and not in a good way. I will think aomething is wrong with it. I just woke up feeling discomfort with my breathing like 20 minutes ago. I literally took a couple deep breaths a d now I don't feel worried.

Try some breathing exercises before you go to bed. I find when I'm anxious I tend to breath shallow breathes and then it sets off a chain reaction of feeling uncomfortable and then more anxious and then even more uncomfortable
