Twitches

Does anyone else get twitching in there face my mouth and cheeks mainly keep thinking am going to take a stroke with this constant stress and anxiety 😢

Hi yes I've had this loads

It's part of the anexity unfortunately n may appear more when I have a bad tension headache

Try not to worry it's part of the course yet another symtom n sign of this illness

Also get it in arms n legs tingling sumtines it's also been like a sharp jab in my legs

Whenever I go for my haircut, I reckon the barber spends more time stopping and asking if I'm okay and want him to carry on 😂😂
