What are your Anxiety symptoms?

With my anxiety I have several pains and I mean actual horrible brutal pains. My question is what are some symptoms everyone else is personally having or going through? Am I really just having anxiety or is something else wrong? I've been to the doctors and hospital more than I should have to be.

Over the years I have had about everything you can imagine

I used to believe I was doomed to have a heart attack & would feel real pains as if I would

Then I had headaches , pins & needles , blurred vision shakes to be honest the list goes on & on

It is amazing what physical symptoms anxiety can give us but as you have seen your Doctor & been to the hospital try & be reassured that this is anxiety , feels awful but it won't harm you x

I have been to the doctors on a number of occasions and also to A&E and they keep telling me I'm fine and healthy then on Friday I was told that I am suffering from anxiety and the Dr put me on sertraline. My symptoms are horrible I am still unconvinced that anxiety is causing me to feel so I'll constantly everyday I am female and 20 years of age with a little girl of 3 that o worry about getting ill checking her all the time. I have a massive amount of head pressure in Forehead my face aches pressure at the back of my head my eyes are sensitive to light I have pains in various parts of my body and my throat feels inflamed and my ears make Buzzing sounds Whooshing sounds and feel full with clicking in my nose ears and back of throat. I also have acid reflux and gassy all of the time my belly rumbles but I can Feel it moving all around in my stomach. The doctors keep telling me I have had a virus then I had a sinus infection apparently and then got gastritis and now anxiety. No wonder I got it don't know what to believe. Maybe the anxiety wouldn't be a problem if doctors done test to reassure instead of costing the nhs aloud of money for medication I have been on over 9 prescribed medications in less than two month and now they saying I could be on sertraline for a good few months of they work. Have you been to the doctors about your anxiety to see if it actually is anxiety and if so what have they done for you?

I have had plenty of hospital and doctor visits had blood tests done had a ct scan of my head had an EKG done on my heart and I'm still in pain 24/7 I'm on Xanax right now but I have body pains all day everyday and my doctor seems to think it's just my anxiety and depression I cry all the time because I think what if something is wrong what if I have cancer, or heart problems, or whatever else. I have constant neck pain back pain and tingling is everyday all day. I'm scared to death I'm dying and I'm only 23 years old. I'm convinced that I have some terrible disease and I don't know what else to do. I feel alone I never want to go out anymore because I know I'll start crying or have an attack.

i get really strong pains in my head, more like on top of my head or at the back. I also get bad stomach pains, but have already been told i have IBS. i never quite know if it's my anxiety that's causing my symptoms. i'd say just keep your doctor updated or keep a diary/log of your symptoms. I hope you feel better soon Glad i'm not alone
