Stomache pain with anxiety ?

I have had stomach pain with my anxiety.

Hi,

Yes I suffer terribly with stomach cramps due to anxiety. The blood flows away from the stomach when anxious or panicky due to adrenalin. It is quite normal. It can be very painful but do some breathing exercises. This stops the adrenalin surging around your body as the oxygen supplies all of your body not just the vital organs for the flight or fight response.

I'm also feeling stomach pain. I've gone to the dr. many times and all they say is it's anxiety. Can you describe your pain? Also, if it's lower or upper abdomen?
