Trouble sneezing at the moment..

Hi

Not exactly looking for advice , but wanted to talk lol. Currently , my nose is itchy as ever. I've been wanting to sneeze for the second go-round ..& it's me nuts ..I'm getting anxious now, because idk if I have to sneeze again or did it go away . I'll try to occupy myself , & let it come naturally. It's rough, because the more I think about it , the more it becomes a bother. That's a negative thing , I know. I'll try to channel my anxious energy into something else . But anyone else try to sneeze once , wouldn't come & your anxiety gave you crap for it ..? Lol
