Please help am I haveing a heartbattack or dieing or is it anxiety

I've got a pain in the middle of my chest a it to the left side it's like a scratchy pain but I have been working hard today lifting heavy to and maybe it's that and I'm worrying makeing it worse bringing other symptoms on please help pleaseeeee

It probably was lifting. I get that too after lifting. Did you lift heavier weight than normal? If you worry about one symptom, many times that will set off your worry for other symptoms.

No it was at work I was spading stone all day but the pain has only just come is that normal I real think am dieting it's scary

It could be. Do you suffer from anxiety? The body does weird things.

Yes realy bad had it for few years now but I can control a it better does my head in
