Nausea triggering massive panic

I have recently got to the bottom of all my health issues and have been diagnosed with a thyroid problem and lactose intolerance. That was the end of my health anxiety or so I thought.

BAM I write this to you all as I am having a huge intense and terrifyingly torturous panic attack, when my panic subsides I am anxious until a new wave of panic.

I was hoovering round the house when a wave of nausea came on. I have taken myself to bed and laid panicking since it started. Am I having a heart attack am I dying?

What's going on?!
