Been feeling so anxious for a few days don't want to go out don't want visitors my mind is spinning still no help from a councillor Dr said he's done all he can why cant I get help so unfair on me and my family just want a councillor to talk to not much to ask for.

No and I cant get on a bus haven't done that for 18months. It seems if you can't travel then there's no help

Hi,

I had a nervous breakdown last year and had to go to a&e. Severe Panic attacks and anxiety. They have a crisis team where I live (Cumbria). Try phoning your local hospital and enquire about this. They came out to see me every day for 3 weeks. Also we have a first step programme and I got councilling very quickly. Phone your doctor again and pester everyday if you have too. That's what I do and they get so fed up of you they do something. Do not get embarrassed about mental health issues. If it was a broken leg they would fix it.

I understand all that you are saying. There are online counseling groups, however I have not tried any of them but would be interested in joining one.
