Terrys nails anxiety

Hi I'm really freaking out. Woke up this morning feeling less anxious than usual only to look down and realise my nails were pale. After hours of searching the Internet they look like terrys nails. I don't have any other symptom of liver or heart problems! What can this be?!

You woke up with less anxiety and now you have created something to give you anxiety as you brain needs to have the anxiety (vicious cycle) your nails were probably always like that and you never noticed it before. When my health anxiety first kicked in I started to notice so many things on my body different movements and weird things I am constantly comparing my body and my movements etc with my partner we have just become to aware of our bodies

I am sure you are fine. If you are concerned, go to the doctors and they will advise. I wouldn`t take too much notice of internet diagnosis or we`d all have an illness of some sort.
