Sometimes it honestly feels like I'm living in a nightmare or having a really bad trip? I get so out of it and paranoid and my eyesight gets even worse and i just feel like I'm going to spin out of control. I can't stand it. Anyone else?

yes! i had this all the time before i started on medication and meditation. are you on any meds?
No, I'm trying si hard not to go on meds
I've definitely experienced the "spinning" kind of feelings you describe. Also the feeling of not being in my own body and perhaps a similar trippy thing. It's hard to even believe that anxiety can do this to you - but it can.
It would be really good for you to seek some help, start with your GP or look in your area for a wellbeing service that may offer psychological help - no need to go through the GP for this.
I get this too, idk if you are feeling this but it feels like my eyes have lost some sort of coloring and it makes me feel tired and sort of awkward all the time now.
