Hands

Does anyone else get sharp pains up and down their arms and tops of hands. Then your hands begin to feel heavy and like they won't work?

I have this too my hands feel heavy all the time I feel pains specially on my joints

Top of hands yes. I tense up my shoulders and it shoots down. I'm trying not to tense so much. I have to consciously relax my shoulders and it helps.
