So many of the things he says, particularly about the empathy and analytical side rang true for me and inner sadness, what does anyone else think?

Interesting read

I can relate to some of what he says to , it is a subject that we could debate for hours

Always a fear for me that if you have anxiety or depression if your children start to suffer with it , would you think it was because you have it or is it just one of those things ?
