hi there any one help im getting really anxious and depressed ! the last few days i have being crying a lot and afraid to sleep the crying can just come on suddenly i phoned my sister and she tried tried to help by talking to me ! i cant see any end to this i get dark thoughts which cause me real problems ! any advice will help ok ! david

If you feel so low & nothing is helping at this moment go back & see your doctor , not sure if you are taking any medication or having some kind of counselling but sounds like you need a good open & honest talk with your doctor x

Hi David! Sorry to hear what you are going through. I haven't feeling myself pretty much since the New Year just can't accomplish m goals. I'm on my own since 12 1/2 years with my son. My work in Retail Management is very stressful and demanding. I had head Mri due to certain symptoms which I still have. Went to a doctor today because I so bad etc. mine is not back until next week. The doctor said have depression. I'm trying to follow his advice by making some changes and if it doesn't get better I should Depression medication. Not looking forward to that but I guess that what will happen. I just can't cry but think I need to to release the tension etc.

hi sonnensun thank you for you advice im sitting at work crying but hopefully it will pass soon ! its good your doctor is trying to help you and i hope everything get better for you soon ! let me know how you are getting on take care david

I think the Amlodipine B make me feel so bad being like in a trance. I' m off it since 1 week but still don't feel well.
