I cant eat the smell of food makes me want to vomit

I suffer from anxiety as well but i really dont know what to do the smell of food makes me sick.

Sorry you have no replies so far , I have anxiety but not a fear of eating or the smell of food does not make me feel sick , but in other ways & plenty of them anxiety has affected me ......The more we fear the more the problem gets , sometimes it can be facing that fear letting the anxiety know we will challenge it till it gets easier , how ever this is not always as easy to do as saying it
