I understand that as much as it helps to know you are not alone with your anxiety sometimes continually talking & reading about anxiety can for some start to have a negative affect & sometimes after reading so much you can log of feeling you have extra symptoms that you did not have before you logged on , but I wish you all the best & as you have not kept this post closed if you were to ever browse on HU even without re joining you will be able to see & read these replies wishing you good luck for the future & take care x
