Dreams

Anyone have dreams were they are attacking someone. I literally fly at people and end up on the floor , literally throw myself out of bed . This last time have hurt my shoulder and have carpet burns on my knee.

HI,I'm leigh.Yes I have had lots of distubing dreams of attacking people I know and others I dont.I find I awake with lots of pent up anger,this is a way your mind is trying to process things.But,I havent physically hurt myself.Your not alone in one sense,hope I have helped.

Thanks Leigh, Yes thing your right, have had to cope with so many traumatic things the past few years not able to see my granddaughter for two years. OH had cancer I had cancer , chemo was the pits. DIL had a stroke after having our precious grandson, Things are improving but has been very hard to keep going.
