Stomach scaring me!!!!

I have no idea what my stomach is doing. Actually, my stomach feels fine. But my throat feels like something is in it and I feel like there's a weight above my stomach and sine I have emetophobia, I keep visualizing getting sick and it doesn't matter if I'm not nauseous, I can still convince myself it's not good. Anyone else?

Hi " lump " in the throat is a common symptom of anxiety! When I frist got anxiety about 7 years ago I had that horrible feeling sum thing was stuck in my throat and I refused to eat, went down to five stone and had to drink my meals! It was so fritening. Then I managed to over come anxiety and everything went back to normal

Only to be hit again with it 6 months ago and guess what the horrible lump in my throat feeling returned. But this time I knew what it was ( it's just where your so tense with anxiety that your muscles over react so to speak) it's harmless and by just relaxing it goes away. So it stayed with me only a couple of weeks this time apposed to a year last time!

We can all beat anxiety as long as well remember anxiety is harmless! Uncomfortable yes. But harmless.

It's not really in my throat, it feels more like an uneasiness above my stomach, if that makes sense.

Does it feel like ur stomach does these strange flips, almost like ur on a ride or when u go over a hill in your car fast?

No it feels like I just drank a bunch of juice or something. Like a heavy stomach

I have exactly the same thing. It's in my throat and I'm scared also. I'm so scaredi won't go to the doctor this stinks cause I'm always worried
