Just above my belly button and beneath my breastbone feels uneasy, like I can be hungry and stuff but if feels like there's a knot there. Is this anxiety?

I get something similar ...had it for 2 days now just at the bottom of my breast bone and painful to touch ....a weird pain right across with certain movements. Scary stuff xx
