Pins and needles :(

I woke up with a sore chest

Chalked it to my crying spell last night no biggy but now my left side of my jaw chest above the breast and occasionally down the arm I'm having pins and needles

Bad nausea

And a weird discomfort on my chest.

I have been clenching my jaw today

Is it jus that?

You are probably worrying which is causing you to breathe differently which is giving you pins and needles. Try taking deep breaths and stand at the front door for fresh air x

Anxiety. If you still are not sure, go back and look at all your other posts and see how different and constantly changing they are.

Yes I did and also I called a nurse hotline through my insurance they have all of my history they saw that my cardiologist stuff was normal good and said it was just anxiety to try to take it easy if I got pain in my jaw or chest then to go to the emergency room

Nurse felt it is just anxiety.

The thing is I'm at a point were I just don't have joy anymore or the need to do things because of this.
