Heart skips grrr

Omg things was going so well untill bang hits me again I hate these Heart skips the thud in ur chest so annoying im sat here saying to myself it's just anxiety dnt make things worse by panicking lol I'm going mad I'm talking to myself a lot lol well at least il get the right answers from me hahaha hope every1 is well xxx

I get them every day for years it is definitely anxiety related im very active and some times I push myself to the limit and it has not killed me

Well so far today woke up feeling great but the .worry of when the anxiety and symptoms will come is in the back of my mind why do we go through this cycle even when its not there it is there ..

Yes me 2 I have 3 children so they keep me on my feet just always at bk of your head tho if it's. Serious thats anxiety for u lol

I get them too and trust me, there have been many days & nights I have "talked to myself" talking myself out of panic ect! When I am feeling that way, it seems I'm the only one I'll listen to.

I dnt know I feel like it most times the fear of it coming on hate it

I have the skips all day, and i do talk to myself too. Somebody i know who doesn,t know what it feels like tells me to not concentrate on it, i can be sitting here watching television and it just happens.
