My anxiety start at this I got shrp pain my left upper abdominal and left chest. then I Google it, I read it can be. What they call "angina" That make me so depress. Last 3 months i hhave 3 ecg 1xray all normal. Blood pressure r always normal.

Yesterday i feel pain in my chest about 5secs, after 10 mins i feel the pain lower left chest inside and arms. I always think i will have heart attck. :// Please help me.

Hope your feeling better number one advice never ever ever goggle your symptoms it makes it worse I suffered with chest pains as well if u learn some breathing techniques it can really help hope u wilk feel better soon.
