Hi if any1 ever needs to talk or needs advice I'm here had every symptom of anxiety going been in and out of hospital loads of time had this illness for 11years I'm 27 now and it's calmed down but still there

Thanks for posting, sorry you have been suffering and had to go in hospital. It is a draining illness, but we all try and help one another on here don't we?
