Hi I was wondering y I get headache n feel dizzy lately it's been happening were I can't sleep because of my headache I so scared of death n am just thinking constantly bout that I see videos of how ppl kill other ppl am not sure if that has anything to do with it. .

Oh that must be terable feeling . You are not dying and you will be ok . This will pass . Don't watch to before you go to bed instead listen to relaxing music and try to go for a walk.

Sometimes its just stress you have to find ways to distract yourself or maybe have some counseling it helps to clear the mind

Thank you agu8383 yeah I try not watch but there always posting them on Facebook lol but yeah am not gonna watch things like that no more

I feel the same way too and many others here will tell you they have the same symptoms . Just make sure you drink plenty of water sometimes dehydration cause headaches .

And about the videos they are negative and for sure they will have a negative effect on you ... Try to watch something uplifting that makes you smile
