If you were not having any anxiety at the time you experienced the light headedness it could be down to a low blood pressure or low iron maybe worth going to see your Dr about it if nothing else it will put your mind at rest
Hi Meg. It's definately normal with me. It just happens cause of my anxiety. Even when your not having an attack your subconscious will do it.
Yes I get it often it's all part if anxiety. I can get rashes and hives etc. dizzy is the main one but it's amazing what anxiety and panic can do physically. You have to accept these things just acknowledge them and keep doing what you are doing. If you start asking a million questions , what was that? Did I eat today? And then start self diagnosing all of the horrible possibilities you will throw yourself deeper and deeper which brings on the shaking and panic. Acceptance is the only way to manage this. The book "at last a life " helped me the very first day! Best of luck I don't wish it on my worst enemy.
I thought it was normal with anxiety to feel dizzy and lightheaded because i do everyday lol. Hope u feel better x
I'm dizzy and lightheaded also. Never experienced this constantly like I do now. Mostly when I am walking around not just sitting around. So its orthostatic. Could be blood pressure related however none of my doctors feel its important enough to do anything to help me with it. They just say "oh its anxiety" because they know I take anxiety medications so its an easy put off. Tempted to go to a new doc and not mention any medications I am on to see if I get different results.
