I feel like I'm dying...

I feel like I cant breath my body feels weird. Im so scared. i was fjne and then I smoked and then I got this weird taste in my mouth "tasted like poisin" which really got my trippin. my head feel weird my back and down my spine im so scared is this anxiety. i thought maybe i got bit by something looked everywhere and coulsnt find a bite on my body i have basically convinced myself this is not anxiety. has anyone had any of these symptoms

feels like u have 50lbs on ur chest

shortness of breath

feels something wrong

headaches

blurry vision

dizziness

numbness

burning sensations

depression

tingling in my hands

chest pains

I.could go on forever. I know this is my anxiety it has to be right??? How do I make it stop I can't take this any more I'm panicking bad my heart rates probably like 130 or so. Gonna have a heart attack ughhh... Advice anyone???

It's anxiety. And it's cause you smoked I'm guessing. Personally I can't smoke because it's not fun for me and it's def not fun for the people I'm around. I get increased anxiety and it feels like I'm dying/heart attack symptoms. My advice to you is to stop smoking.

130 beats in a minute? You should ask your doctor. What you're describing, there would be 70 percent chance that you might have a heart attack. I don't think smoking would cause heart attack unless you have high blood pressure (hope not). You need to ask your doctor first before going to the hospital. The doctors will give you x-ray if this leads you to a heart attack. I recommend you to ask a cardiologist since they're an expert. My daughter is suffering the same thing. It sounds like anxiety to me but i'm not sure smoking will help with the symptoms. i suggest going to talk to your GP and see what advice they offer.
